Going Out and Eating Little

I have to confess that I like finding the best diet pill that I can find. IT helps me not eat so much when I go out.

As an example I went to a local sports bar today and only had a small bowl of popcorn. Which is a good thing to only have a little bit of. Plus I had a diet coke. I really am not a fan of beer.

I had to fix my oven with some real problems. I had to replace the on the door. This way it would shut again. I always hate when something falls apart. Yet they need to be done. Of course when they are broke that stops everything. Grrr.

The Numbers Match

In my last post I talked about fast food.

When looking at some of the numbers for Big Mac there are some amazing things that show up.

There are a ton of calories and a ton of fat in super value meal.

Again this does not mean we need more government regulation. We just the opposite allow the market to decide.

As an example of the market, we have Burger King doing french fry apple slices. These are apple slices that look like french fries.

More on Fast Food

While McDonalds does not have Grohe faucets they do give something else. Apparently the new thing is that a diet full of Candy and Fast Food can cause Alzheimer in the old noggin.

So is there still another reason not to eat lots of fast food? So how do deal with the whole thing?

I am of the opinion that further government regulation is not the answer. Of course when someone comes knocking and says, I am from the government and I am here to help, you should be scared and very scared indeed.

Having Fun With Commericals

The day of the Christmas is quickly approaching us. One of my favorite commericals for the holiday season is the zales one where he lights up a Christmas tree and gives the girl an engagement rings

The commercial is just so nice. however most of them get rather sick after awhile as they are just so smug.

The day after of Thanksgiving is always fun day. We went out to eat at a new Pizzaria in town. Not a bad place, just nice to have new and good Pizzaria. Yes we have a Pizza Hut, but let's be real, Pizza Hut is on a good day, okay.

THen we went and got some Phentermine no prescription to help ease us into the next few weeks. We are on the fast march to Christmas time. The next few weeks are the hectic crazy days that I am never fond of. there never seems to be enough time.

Well with Thanksgiving upon us we always have the problem of eating way to much. I know I will be in need of Decaslim to help me lost some vast amounts of weight.

One thing that I like about eating out is I no longer need my cell phone and Bluetooth headset to hit the internet. So many places are having internet.

As an example, I am sitting in a BK writing this out. Of course the internet is slow. I think that maybe my cell phone has faster internt. And that only has edge.

More Costs.

I just had a friend who is in great need of a New York Moving Company. He needed to move a pizza oven. As it turns out his building was sold and being torn down. He could stay for much longer . . . however it was going to cost him through the nose.

He was going to stay however he found a good deal one blck over. The really bad news was how much it was going to cost to redo all of his printing items.

Lots of pizza to be sold to make up the costs.

Foto-Matt Days

Well I jsut had a new coffee franchises go up in the area. This is a total of three. I have to confess that I really like the little stand alone buildings in the middle of the parking lot.

I used to work at a Foto-Matt type place. same idea but with 24 hour film developing. I was in the building when it was run over by a truck. Good thing I did not die.

The Spoon

I recently picked up some dietpills at a truck stop. I am not to sure why other then it seemed like a good idea at the time. I am not to sure what it did. But it did.

Well, I think the bigger question is why did I get gas at the big truck stop in town as it cost more and was well . . . a little more rank then other places.

I am watching the show Tudors. And wow watching a poisoning. Not a good thing. I am hoping that I do not get this food.

OF course that does seem to be a hard to poison people. Of course I wonder why such a single one is done.

The Game

I was at a bar this weekend and they had a TV fail, for the game I was watching. Sill HDMI cable that fell out after getting a bad bump.

Well the good news is that it only took a few minutes to fix and my team won. Go team go. Not to sure that to make of it. However, I would gladly take a minute or two of not watching the game. Always a good thing.

Free Dinner

I was out eating the other day. I took my Seiko watches watch and placed on the table. The waitress could not have done a better hit.

She dropped the soup right on top of my watch. Well a good thing is that my watch is waterproof. If it was not. It would not be soup proof.

So all I had to do was clean my watch and get a free dinner. yeah. Well worth my effort.

Bad Food

One of things I hate about going to chain places.

Warmed up food. So I go to local places. Grrrr,. Went to an Italian place that was just warmed over food. Not so good.

Zipping down the road

I like going in and around to eat.

Of course I like my computer and my mobile router with me. Amazing how much a personal wi-fi can do for you.

Of course since it is not really that fast, I do need to secure it so I can good speed.

The best part is when traveling down the road with friends. We can traveling in two cars share one connection and go back and forth and chat with each other. Really kinda weird and funny.

Being Cold At the Table

I normally do not get cold when eating out. However, Thursday was quite the exception. I needed an electric blanket. I mean I was really really cold.

It is not even winter yet in Mitchell SD. I mean as soon as it is . . . it will be even colder. Just in case you do not know, the temp is kept down becasue of the amount of people and the hot food. Or in the case of Thursday the formally hot food.

I was out at a bar the other day. I was talking with human about work. What amazed me about the problem is he was talking about the building and how bad it was.

I recently went to a small indie local Italian restaraunt. I was hoping for some good recipe on the menu.

Was I mistaken. This place was worse then Olive Garden, I mean I am not a fan of Olice Garden at all. However, this place was even worse. I mean the food was bland and generally gross.

One of the tough things about business is all the odd little things we have to do.


Not only do we need car insurance, there is loss insurance, damage insurance and more.

This is of course above and beyond all the stuff and work, and all the employment regs and paperwork. Just remember the little guys have all the real problems.

What amazes me in this great big world is all the stuff that causes acne for kids. One of my kids was complaining about mac and cheese causing problems.

I am not to sure what that is supposed to mean. I mean for real. What is in mac and cheese that will casue that. I am not to sure.

Talking the Child

One of the finny things is how poeple go to eat. One of my favorite places to go was a small jaunt down the block. We would take our Bob stroller and go to eat.

The waitress would always tease us for brining the stroller with the baby in it.

However, this place was so good to eat we would be there several times a week. And I think it may explain why my daughter likes Japanese food so much.

Of course wanting to eat well, I will sometimes take Leptitrex.

I mean let's be real . . . I like to eat. What more could I ask for.

Tonight was a top notch steak. mmmmmm. I almost had the surf and turf. MMMMMMM

We have a choice

I am a pickup fan for using diet pills. In this way I would be able to eat better quality food rather then a great quaninty.

I was thinking that we are amazed that we have food and can be picky aout the food. Most of the history of the world, people have starved.

After talking with one of my friends who was shooting a commercial. He noted how bad it is to have really good quality looking at food. He had a hi-def camcorder that shot the food.

He saw over mistake, every pockmark, every imperfection within the film. The bad news: it operated exactly like it is supposed to,

I Wonder

I was waiting tables the other day, grrrr.

And i saw someone with a medical id bracelet on the ole wrist. It said they were diabetic. The ordered one of the most wonderful desserts that is totally loaded with sugar.

What happens when I serve them?

Can I be sued if they go into a coma? If this the future? My comaprison is that of the serving someone who is drunk another drink. There is a legal liability there. Will this happen with diabetics in the future.

I really hope not.

I was talking with a a friend recently who uses Fenphedra. He says it is nice eating at dinner. He is not always hungary.

One of the great things about the midwest and smaller towns is what a business has to do to survive. Some restaurants will sell all kinds of things to help the bottom line. I saw some beautiful handcrafted jewelry the other day. As it turns out the owner did all the work herself. The best part is the work was not hideous.

I recently upgraded the Mac memory in my MacBook. What a differnce that makes.

The speed of the computer is just amazing. Going from 512mb to 2G is just fantastic. There is a reason they suggest that you get as much RAM as you can have. The lack of using virtual memory makes it all worthwhile.

Well it is time to think about fall. I do not like always having to plan months in advance. When people are looking at Summer, I have to be thinking about Halloween invitations and prepping for Thanksgiving.

I am only a month or so away from having to get ready for winter. I am so frustrated with all the planning that I have to look at, I cannot enjoy the season at hand.

Sometimes going to lunch is like getting cheap Phentermine. What matters is the quality.

I am looking at some of the odd things in restraunts. With the compittion going on, ecpcially to teens. Let's be real getting teen age patrons are a cash cow. Lots of money that is all free for spending.

I have a thought if places like McD and other teens joints would have acne wash it may help with all the junk that is placed in the food.

One of the things when making a restaurant is to be sure all the little things are done right. Recently in town a place had one of their tv mount fall down and wipe out a TV. Good thing that no one was hurt. Just the TV found its way to TV heaven. There are many little details that one has to attend to.

I do not like smoking when I go out to eat. I am thankful more and more states are banning the practice of smoking while dining. I applaud places that have Austin Air air purifiers when smoking is allowed.

Taste of France

One of the great things about on a Orlando vacations is all the new types of good food that you get to have. Or at least we hope it is good. We recnetly went down south and had an awesome French place. OMG it was so good I could not believe it.

It is a brazillian place in downtown Chicago. Tons of meat. I mean tons. This is not a good place for a vegan. It is a $25 lunch buffet and is just awesome.

I reently went to a steak place in town that was serious kick butt and a great best buy.

I mean it was nice thick and juicy and made just right. IT was nearly as perfect as a steak can get. I am really against putting sauce on a steak becasue I think even A-1 is bad for steaks,

I had a student who just returned from drug rehab last week. Funny part is that all this student did was complain about the food at the place. She really likes the food at the facility that I work at. Says something good about the cooks. And they really deserve three cheers for the great work.

I was thinking the other day after a chiropractic appt. Would it not be nice to have some massage chair at a table while eating? I know that places like google has massage therapists.

Uh Oh

One of the better places in towns had some issues. What happened was they needed some clinical laboratory service to prove that they were clean and then some.

I could not believe that a steak house was closed down for a need of a good cleaning. After they cleaned up and got the a-okay from the board of health.

The worst part I was went there a week before they closed. Arugh. I could not believe that.

I am wanting to go on vacation. I would like to go to Mexico however my wife would like to go to North Padre Island rentals. She wants to have beach and fun. I want sand and history.

Wierdness with Ribs

I was at a Ribs place one time and the funniest thing happened. My waitress had two stains on her t-shirts in well shall we say a really odd spot. The rib sauce looked well how shall I say, something else.

I asked her about and she said that since she was large chested it just happened. However, the tops that she recieved that day were huge. She was thinking of doing it every day.

Kinda odd.

Not so happy dinner

Ick. I went to what is thought to be the best steak house in the area. I was not really in favor of the steak I had. The steak seemed tough. I complained about the problem of the steak.

I thought they were going to bring me top wrinkle cream for the steak. Well I am not going to be going back there anymore.

We need freedoms.

I would like to say that I am happy with the government that we have in the United States. We have to remember that everything we have is being given to us by the government.

This is not how it should be. We have rights and inaliable rights at that. These are rights that are self-evident. This means that the government does not need to grab the futures broker and throttle them around the neck.

The purpose of government is to grab more and reduce freedoms.

America needs a revamping.

Food Issues.

So man foods casue all kinds of problems. My kids are in need of acne treatments based upon some food issues. Now we have to deal with all kinds of odd problems.

The one child has some known food allergies. So things have gotton worse.

I happen to have some air cleaners in my house. I had a friend over who was complaining of smoke in my kitchen.

I ripped out the good ole, air cleaner and bam smoke was gone. The funny part is that he went out and bought one asap.

This was kinda funny. Hearing that they actually burn things there. Of course i have never had anything burnt. Only yummy food.

Wierdness

I read an articles, that I cannot find, about a place that is making an old hotel into a restaraunt. This way everyone has their own private room. Each room has its own theme. One of the hard rooms was one that had an old walk in bathtubs. They were toying with the idea that people could have a bath (or SPA) while eating. I would think that it would be somewhat hard with the nude people and other things.

I just wonder about the germs and other odd legalities.

I am personally fed up with mycokerewards.com. It is a poorly designed website. What really really annoys me is the sound button. One small little change would make it better.

The sound should stay off when i tell it to stay off.

Fly Boys

My wife is looking on flying and in need of some cheap flights.

When I was looking I was shocked to see that it is not to much to fly half way across the country. To fly from small Sioux Falls to EWR was only 422. Not to bad as far as the cost goes.

With the cost of oil I was expecting even more money for the flight.

A New Find

I went to a nice restaraunt recently. And OMG they had a great bathroom. Most men's rooms are well, plain. In the Mall of America the Nordtroms had a killer womans bathroom and small closet for the men's room. Well this place had a great bathroom with
bathroom vanities and nice places.

Local Sports

I went to the local sports bar to watch the Superbowl (oh sorry the final game of the proffesional football league) game. What got me is the game of beer pong tables that was going on.

These kids were going crazy getting brunk and playing. Of course it works on a negative feedback loop. The better you do the worse your opponet does. A great way to kill liver and brain cells.

I have been looking at differing places lately. I went to a non franchise place on Sunday.

This was an old Taco Bell that is now a Greek restaraunt. This place was really good and managed to get on the right side.

the owner would give out samples to make sure of what you would want. So if you are in Sioux Falls make sure you stop in at Nicks Gyros.

I have a friend (and yes this is a real friend - not like a Bill Clinton friend) that when he eats steaks has the run of a colon cleanser going though him. WHen we have gone out to eat . . . kinda of an odd thing.

Cut Off

I am thinking some of those Mid Eastern Countries with chopped off Internet are going to need some used cisco as well as new cables.

I know this is off topic . . . however do you not find it odd that a country like Iran all of a sudden has the outside Internet cut off from the rest of the world. Of course they still have internal Internet . . . but that makes it easier to find 'bad' guys.

What better way to cut off conversations critical of your country when those people would use items like offshore proxy servers.

In any case it makes me think.

Old Picts

One of the really nice things about the internet as opposed to print materials, many older recipie books do not have pictures, it’s almost as if they didn’t have Shutterfly coupons to get good deals.

I am specifically referring to magazines that are 40 years old or so. I recently received some old LIFE magazines and they are much differing in set up with longer articles and fewer pictures.

So I wonder how did everyone know what things were to look like . . . from a drawing? I am not to sure.

About that Time

Well I spent some time with the wanna-be New York movers and shakers. My inlaws think that are big time people. It is funny to go out with them and see they are really who knows or what.

I mean it is really funny when no one knows who they are. OF course all I can really do is roll my eyes and chorttle under my breath.

Wine in Mitchell SD

Somewhere out there was a nice place in Mitchell SD that had a wine tasting event. I wish tehy would have had wine of the month clubs function to go with this.

Would have been nice to do with the nice stuff on a regular basis. I had fun at the event, however, I do like something a little more often then once a month.

There was a what in my soup . . .

A funny thing happened on the way to the dinner table. I was getting ready to hav e some soup and I hit something odd in the bottom. It is a good thing that I always stir up the soup from the bottom. My soup had a chink in it. I reached in and ther ewas a necklace. It was some religious jewelry at the bottom.

I was a little shocked. The server was walking by and said, 'there it is.' OK that was a little, I mean a lot wierd.

Droppings

With all the Cat 5 cables showing up in restaraunts, I am expecting more and more wifi drops coming.

i will sometimes go out to somewhere cheap and find that it is nice to stay some time and drink some coffee and work on varying things that I work on. Of course the usual problem is that I usually have to borrow from somewhere nearby.

Just open the silly networks and not worry about it. Come on people, play nice.

Pulling It Out

When I was out to eat the other day . . . the guy pulled out his diamond rings to propose. This was the first time I saw someone do this while eating. It was a huge production and was rather funny and rather romantic.

It is time for more items like this. I wish I would see it more. The whole crowd clapped out loud. Of course the real question would be, how could the girl say no.

Arugh. That is all I have to say. Since I just moved . . . I wanted to get a new home insurance quotes and then I get the question.
