My daughter went up to Canada and stayed in a Toronto hotels that was top notch. She even talked about the manager wanted to hire her for a waitress.

Apprently it was a really nice place . . . she did not want to have to move to Canada and learn to say eh after every sentence.

Time Out

I am really thinking that I would like to hit a hawaii vacations to go and unwind.

In october I went to so cal for a quick vacation I have to confess I wish I had stayed here and gone next month to warm up. I could have used a really warm up. Now I am looking at hawaii and the beaches there. Maybe I can see where they are filming lost. As that is coming back in jan.

One of the things that amazes me is the all the Anilox cleaning devices that are out there.

People are getting the message about germs this year. As an example, at WM in two different states at four differing stores there were workers wearing latex gloves. I was amazed at this as I first saw it in CA, there is a shocker, then in SD.

Cutting Costs

Well with all the talk of health insurance going on we often miss many other items that have been reformed. As one example, a person can only get health insurance in their own state. When real competation came to car and life insurance quotes we had costs being cut.

All of sudden instead of 10 companies competing for your dollar, you now have 1000's of companies. There are currently 17,000 in the US offering health insurance. Now imgaine having another 16000 companies competing for your dollars. The answer is reduced costs and higher and better services

Future plans.

This winter I am going to start to design and make a pond for the front yard. This is something that I have always wanted to do. I want to make a small waterfall and have it run a little stream finally ending in a koi pond.

I have started pricing the pond supplies and the rocks that I am going to need. What a project that I have in mind. The hard part will be to build the waterfall, that is on flat land.

Of course all the fish will be named after various kinds of sushi.

Add into the house

Everytime I go somewhere and the establishment brings out the central vacuum cleaner, I am always jealous. One of my relatives had one built into the new house.

I alwats wonder if I could add one onto my house. I mean my house is nearly 100 years old. I would love one in my house. Of course the best part would be the ability to end into the place.

In any case I would love one in my house.

Prepping

One thing I do when I am studying for some of my big tests that I have had to take several times. I am thinking about working on doing an LSAT prep time and work on getting yet another degree. Of course at my age it may be a bad idea.

I am thinking that I may not be able to pay back in the time left. Well I need to make some good choices. But this is why i am looking at the LSAT prep and trying my hand there.

Fast Food Warning Labels

Now I have to wonder . . . are a bunch of New Yorkers all of sudden using weight loss pills or is there something else going on?

A recent study has found that despite all the labels, that are now required by the City of New York City, on fast food showing all the calories and everything else on the label.

Now the problem is that more people are actually eating more and more fast food and greater calories.

Why does this happen. I am wondering why.

A General and His Chicken

Okay so I went to a China Buffet today in town and tossed my glucomannan away. I started thinking . . .

Who is General Tso and why does he have a chicken named after him.

First, I thought it would be deviation of names. Then maybe the guy who wrote Art of War.

So I decided to do some work and find out.

I cannot believe this. General Tso was not a real general and it is not even a a traditional Chinese dish. General Tso chicken was developed in New York City! New York City! (flash back to old el paso picante sauce commercial.

The worst part it is so ancient I was in Jr High School at the time it was developed!

I was talking with a friend who owns a really good restaurant and he has a student intern that is learning the business. Since this is a new restaurant he has his business plan writer all set up and showed the student.

The good news for the student is that they are getting a great education on how to start and run a business. I am really impressed in what he is doing with this kid.

In any case it is nice to see an internship doing quite well.

My parents just bought a new RV and rv warranty this summer. What was funny is that they had to use it rather quickly.

There was some problem in the plumbing.

How many countries can people buy these things. America is a blessed country. There are many places in the world where the only bathroom is a communal bathroom. Yet we have them in our RVs. Just a wow.

Trying Out

I am thinking I need to start doing some diet pill reviews as I have done so many of them. Many of them work well, some of them work great and still others are fantastic.

What was her favorite number? Any gusses? 4396710, now what am I supposed to do with that. Not to sure.

As my grandmother used to say, to each their own. So I guess she is a little crazy, now I have to wonder if it is genetic.

TVs and More

Well I have noticed that many places are placing TVs in all over the place. There are needs for bell tv and many additional items like remotes and more. I love the items that have the little speakers for each table that are linked to the correct TV you are watching. That is just way cool. Of course I am the angels fan who is watching during football time.

I had some one ask me about the motorhome insurance that I have to carry. The hard part is that you have to all kind of correct insurance.

We need to have the basic car plus more. After all when you drive a motor home you have to have all your stuff that you need. Plus you live in it. So the amount you need is even more. It is a combo type of insurance.

I recently found one of the coolest for the good old dashboard dining. It is the little plate that goes into the cup holder and streaches out with an arm that allows you to put stuff on it.

I use it mostly for phones and ipod, but it is handy for food. Allows things to be set up right and have easy access.

Of course if it was metal it would be able to hold more than the plastic.

Down, Down, Down

Well it seems that Rush Limbaugh has been on a diet for quite awhile and has made good use of diet pills to help lose weight. And I am happy for him that he has lost weight. Wish I could lose some more.

One of the most important things to remember is that diet pills should be used in a corresponding weight reduction method, ie: diet.

Going Down!

I have been using many natural weight loss supplements as have some of my friends. One of the things i have learned in all this . . . not every supplement is for everyone. We are all different and will by definition have differing results. Hence, your mileage may vary. I like reading reviews and what people say about the differing formulas.

Of course what I would love to see is a controlled test comparing the two items with several control people. That would be great, of course that costs lots of money so . . . may not happen.

Eat more with less

When going out to eat, I really like having something like apatrim that will help me in not over eating. After all I do not want to be more overweight than i am. And yet I also like to eat and enjoy myself. One of the things taht we do is spend hours at a buffet. Well usually about 2 hours. We talk and enjoy and are never in a rush.

Of course I always manage to over eat a little while there.

Then and Now

There are many things out there trying to say that they help your face look better and smoother. After all who does not want to look better. I know that my mom used to say what we eat will make a huge difference. However, the guys who used some sort of blackhead treatment and had good genes usually did ok.

I am still amazed at that. I will say this much, I am glad that I grew up and very little problem with that any more. I just wish we had some really good stuff then that we have now.

Finsh under feet

I was at this place that had several live knock out roses. There was also a live indoor koi pond. I was really shocked at how nice it looked and did.

The Koi pond was very relaxing, and really nice to watch while I was eating. Of course the bad news is that it was only rather marginal food. I would like to go back but still the food was pretty bad. Well I hope that you have a great day.

Morning Joe

Sometimes some of the most simple things amaze me the most. Something as small as a the design of many of the coffee makers that are on the market.

As an example: I have a friend who bought one of these little things.


I asked why and he said, expresso (coffee) tastes best when you make it yourself. He is the one who also orders coffee in half pound (or full) bags once a week. Now for me that is a little over the top. Though I have to confess, for coffee his tastes great.

Going Down and Sliding

Having been going the Solo Slim route for weight loss I have been getting rid of weight quickly.

I have to confess that playing disc golf for 18 holes a day has only helped. Not to mention watching what i eat. In any case I am really proud of my self for losing weight.

Hummm . . . now does that mean I can go out and eat whatever I want . . . ? just wondering.

Food in Town

I am hoping to get to the 'big town' this weekend and go to the really cool jazz and European eatery. The last time I was in 'big town' was on Black Friday.

Losing Weight

I have been wanting to do some better in diet however, when I go out to eat, it all goes down hill. Figures of course.

So I have been working on some ephedrine diet pills and they seem to be working okay for me. I just need a little bit of help to lose weight.

One of the nice things I recently received as a thank you card for a company that I reviewed. It was very nice to receive such a thank you card. After all I usually sneak in and no one is supposed to know who I am.

I would have been thrilled with greeting cards online from this place. In any case I am now really tempted to go back and cash in the gift certificate that was in the card. I normally try to avoid these things as there may be the appearance of quid pro quo, however this was such a great place and after all I already reviewed it.

With the new talk of nationalized (socialized) health care, the real question is what is going to be required of you. First as health care is squeezed people will be to reduce costs.

Everything is open for bids. You may be forced onto Liporexall or other diets to lose weight. In many ways it may be better to start now rather than later.

correlation of allergies

When looking for an acne treatment that work remember to look at the food in addition to many other things.

Someone once suggested that acne is an allergic reaction rather then something else. I have wondered if this is true. As there seems to be a correlation between those with heavy acne and those with higher allergies. In any case it is only a suggestion as to something to look at.

I was talking with a friend who went to the Stratosphere hotel recently and all he could do was say how awesome it was. Apprently he dined like a king, his words not mine. I am ready to go and take a look and have an eat. If it is half as good as he says . . . well . . . all I can say is mmmmmm

The Problem

The real problem is that I like to eat. I mean really like to eat.

So we enter in the time of passover where you have certain things only this time of the year. This is the only time in which I eat Matzah. I actually usually lose weight at this time of year . . . which is a good thing.

Crossing Paths

I have always been an electronics junkie. So a place that has a cross between old computers and food well that is just the place for me.

I mean . . . well place in a wholesale electronics store and I am fine. Always thinking and finding something new to do.

I mean I have a hard time even passing up a radio shack and going to the back to where the drawers are for electronic parts and finding something to do. Just a little bit of an obsession with me. ehh?

Falling Down.

I was out to eat last night and a woman walked in with seriously high and Beautifeel shoes and a really short dress.

What was really bad is that she broke a heel and fell down. Now I know I should not laugh, but these things must have been 5inches or maybe 6 inches. She fell and her skirt rode up and low and behold nothing on underneath. She was really lucky she did not break and ankle.

However, she was really embarrassed. Remember what mom said, always have on a clean pair of undies. That was all I could think of.

Many of my thoughts on coffee shops is that I like books. I love going there and reading. Of course at my work, I have to be sure that I place my custom rubber stamp imprint on the inside my cover.

Recently, I was at a Christian book store. They seem to have gotton on the bandwagon for book stores. I mean it of coffee, pastries, food, cookies, music, and even some Christian books back in back somewhere. It seemed to be really nice.

When eating we sometimes need some really good discount supplements that will help us get to the next doctor appt. I mean for real, we need to have these things so that we look good for the doctor.

Getting it

At my more recent expedition I had to get a faucets online to get the right kind. The local store did not have the correct one for me and my usage. I am wondering what happened to the local store. They had to start competing with some of the other stores and cutting back on inventory. Hence, why I like shopping online.

There is a place that I like to go to that has train going all around the place. It must take a good five minutes to go around all the walls in and out of all the rooms.

I have to confess, I have always wanted to do something like that in my house. I just never have had the time or really inclination. Just everytime I see it I want to do it.

Going On

I have mentioned of some of the odd things in life. I am looking forward to vacation time this summer. I am thinking of a Vegas vacations this spring and something other this summer.

Saftey Equip

Wow, I went to this place today, that last year was nearly a fire trap in need of safety equipment. This year I went to a company party, and there are new owners. Wow. The difference is amazing.

The new owners gutted the place and it looks fantastic. They laid down hard wood floors, a fireplace and an awesome paint job.

Free Food, Sort of

I hate when I go out to eat and something dumb happens. I was at a large chain place and I bent over to access something that fell on the floor (a spoon) and low and behold my eyeglasses fell to the floor.

As luck would have it a waiter stepped on them at that moment. The manager felt so bad that they gave me dinner for free. The best part was that I had not yet ordered.

I ordered the largest steak I could find. What a fun night.

Going out to eat and taking Apidexin always seems good.

I am always trying to lose weight. I mean I am overweight but still I like to go out to eat. Which is my weak spot. At least I do not drink. Which would be good.

TV and Eating

I have to admit that one thing I like doing is watching TV and eating on tv stands. We often go through various times of watching some various shows.

As an example, Battlestar Galactica, Lost and of course 24. One other thing that I like, is an odd show called Little Mosque on the Prairie. I have to confess that it is as funny as it gets.

LMOP is all about life for some Muslims on the Plains in Canada. Which I have to confess is really similar life out on the prairie for other similar people.

China Buffet

I went to the local China Buffet yesterday, the poor waitres (maybe even owner) had a Plantar Fasciitis splint on.

She was having lots of problems getting around. I wanted to get my own drink because I felt so bad for her. She was limping rather hard through out the evening. I am one of those people who take time eating when I am going out.
