In my last article I talked about why disc golf to help in burning belly fat off. The first and best two reasons are being outside and walking.
Walking is obvious as you are burning calories. I also like the walking as it is not walking for the sake of walking, which I find boring. In disc golf there is a purpose to walking. I will not even mention that you are walking on grass instead of cement. Better on the back.
Third, the bending down and movement. You move in disc golf. From throwing the disc to bending down and picking up the disc. Think of what that does for the joints and such. This is great for the body.
